About Me
Hi, my name is Jeanette. I live in Stockholm in Sweden, together with 3 lovely norweigian forestcats. I am an animal lover but cats is what makes my heart ticks the most.
I met my first norweigian
forestcat in the beginning of the nineties.I fell in love compleatly.
I bought my first norweigian in 1993.
In the year 2000 I moved from Sundsvall to Stockholm. After visiting
a catshow here in Stockholm, I was determed to once again own a
norweigan forest cat.
I began to search on the internet. In 2001
Diderik
- IC.S*Trollgummans Diderik moved in to me. He came from
S* Trollgumman's
cattery here in Stockholm. I didn't have any breeding plans then.
Diderik would simply be my pet cat. Instead he became my stud. I went to many catshows
with him.
Diderik is a father to one litter of six kittens, at S* My Friend's
cattery.
He is also the father to Ebbas first litter. Diderik is not living
with me anymore. He is living in a loving family in Falkenberg
having a great catlifte there.
In 2002 I bought my first breeding queen
Ebba
- CH.S*Lo-Looks Myskmåra at
S*Lo-Look´s cattery
in Järvsö. She became a mother to 3 litters and a grandmother to 1
litter. Unfortunatly my beloved Ebba is no longer with us. She
got cancer and went to cat heaven in april 2010.
I got my breeding name S* Sweet Scarlet's
in 2002. In 2003 Scarlet
- SC.S*Mighty Claw's Sol
Angelica moved home to me. She came from S*
Mighty Claw's cattery in Kolsva. Scarlet is the mother of
4 litters and a grandmother to 1 litter. She will soon be a neuter.
Since my lovely girls were not that young anymore I had to look for a
new breeding queen. I even thought about keeping a kitten from a
future litter from Scarlet until I saw my dreamcat in a litter at a friend of mine in 2009.
This peticular kitten was already booked from the very beginning
when she was born.I didn't had a chance until one day when I was
surfing the internet and ended up visiting my friends webbsite.
There she was on the frontpage-out for sale again.
I picked up the phone and called Susanne and asked if it was true
that she was avalible again and she said yes. I told her that I
wanted to visit her and the kittens and i did the very same day.
Molly was booked in a heartbeat by me.

Molly is now a mother to her first litter.
I have been tempted many times of keeping a kitten from my litters. However, I have not done so. That was until the Clematis litter came in 2010. I fell in love with Cruella - CH.S*Sweet Scarlet's Artic Queen. I just couldn't resist her and she was also Scarlet's last litter. I wanted to keep something from her so that's why she is staying in the cattery. I am happy with my choice.
